Caregivers Support Conference Kicks off Tuesday, April 6th


Tuesday, April 6th | 12:00-1:00pm

Registration is required.


The conference is held to provide caregivers with information about available services that will support them in their caregiving journey, and is held in conjunction with Older Americans Month.


The first session of the conference will feature DeKalb County Human Services Office of Aging who will focus on the services offered to the senior population of DeKalb County. Continuing our conversation is the Alzheimer’s Association Of Georgia expounding on the services they offer caregivers of dementia related Alzheimer’s patients. Wrapping up the discussion is the Emory Goizueta Alzheimer’s Disease Research Group presenting emphasis on their research of the very complex disease of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.


The Caregivers Conference will be held every Tuesday in the month of April. Topics will vary from week to week. There is no cost to participate, however registration is required.
